A systems-driven approach to designing complex, scalable products.

Discovery & Research

Define workflows, constraints, and edge cases early. Use ChatGPT to synthesize research, surface UX gaps, and pressure-test assumptions before formalizing requirements.

Rapid ideation

Prototype interaction paths using Figma Make, v0, or Cursor to quickly explore logic variations and validate feasibility with stakeholders.

Develop

Establish clear system states, validation rules, and error handling to ensure scalable, predictable user experiences across complex flows.

Deliver

Refine UX content with AI-supported iteration, ensure alignment with the design system for consistency and scalability, and partner closely with engineering through implementation.
